Our centre is happy to announce our return to programming.
The Eastern Shore Family Resource Association (ESFRA) has been hard at work during these difficult and unprecedented times. Following directives from the Nova Scotia Health Authority, we will be starting in-person and virtual programs in October.
As of September 17th we are taking registration by phone at 902-827-1461 with
limited availability in the following programs:
Bookworms on Friday.
Great Expectations (Prenatal) on Thursday.
New Parent Group on Monday. - no longer virtual!
Ready to Learn on Tuesday/Thursday.
Please see our 2020-21 Program Schedule on the Calendar page noting the required information.
On another note -
Direct Home Visiting is still suspended until further notice but families can reach out with any questions regarding parenting, activities, talking to your children about difficult subjects, managing stress, self-care for all etc. In addition, we can provide informational resources via email and continue to make referrals with your specific needs as shared. All calls, texts and emails are private and confidential.
More detailed information about the Parenting Journey Family Support Program can be found on ESFRA’s website www.esfamily.org or ESFRA’s Facebook page.
