So many changes have been happening during this current program year.
As per the Guidelines provided by the NS Health Authority, we are required,
each and every time,
to complete a "Health Check-in"
before each client's arrival.
Please complete this online screening
form each time you plan to enter our Centre.
If you cannot complete the form online prior to arrival, please be aware that it must be done by one of our staff each and every time
prior to beginning programs that day.
Once you have a valid ticket for a program,
please complete a "Registration"
before your program begins.
Forms only needed to be completed
once per program year.
If you cannot complete the form online prior to arrival, please mention to one of our staff so we may provide you a paper copy.
The Eastern Shore Family Resource Association has a variety of early learning opportunities for children and their parents/caregivers. We believe that learning begins at home and that parents are their child's first and most important teachers. One of our goals is to offer a continuum of services in which we can provide support and education for parents from pre-parenthood to school readiness.
