Program Description
ESFRA’s Great Expectations program is an 8-week prenatal program for pregnant women and their support person at no cost for the community. This fun and informative program supports parents to-be in preparing for the arrival of their new baby. We provide healthy snacks at each session. Please inform us of any nutritional needs and/or sensitivities etc. Each session offers a variety of material, activities, videos and guest speakers in a relaxed environment.
