The Eastern Shore Family Resource Association (ESFRA) , funded by the Department of Opportunities and Social Development, provides programs and services for families, parents, and children within our catchment area (Lawrencetown/Lake Echo to Lower East Ship Harbour). As part of our funding obligations, we must adhere to the Standards and Guidelines for Parent and Child Interactive Programs . ESFRA has always worked to ensure our groups offer consistent, high-quality activitie
