Okay?
We often ask someone, "How are you?'.

The reply is usually, "I'm okay".

What is "okay"?

Okay is one of the words we use most often.

In this case they mean the adjective form - satisfactory but not exceptionally or especially good.
On the other hand, we often use the verb form - to sanction or to give approval.

This is especially important these days.

Bell Let's Talk will be taking place on
Thursday, January 28th.
We can support each other and say, "It's okay."
